此清酒是「山の壽」的秋季限定作品，「山の壽」不單於福岡縣SAKETIME排名第四，在全九州地區的排名更是20名以內，絕對是值得一試的人氣銘柄。作品是釀造後熟成了一個季度的「冷卸 (ひやおろし)」酒款，以福岡縣產的食用米種「夢つくし」釀造，除了有著「冷卸」酒的豐富層次之外，亦有著食用米的馥郁米旨味，不論是用來搭配海鮮料理，或是與煲仔菜等秋季菜餚一同享用亦相當合適，是一款有著出色表現的佐餐酒款。開瓶散發淡淡的熟成香氣，入口口感柔和，扎實的米旨味在口腔中溫和蔓延，餘韻清爽。適合冷飲，配搭海鮮、刺身或火鍋、煲仔菜、小炒等日常菜餚一同享用。

酒藏介紹

創立於文政元年 (即1818年)的「山の壽酒造」為於福岡縣南部的久留米市，該地周圍環繞著築後川和築後平原，是一個自然條件豐富的地區。酒造於現任的社長片山郁代先生接手後放棄了傳統的「杜氏制度」，起用了平均年齡為30歲的年輕團隊為釀造的主幹並對清酒的品質及設計進行了重大的改變。在片山先生的帶領下，「山の壽」成功奪得「全国新酒鑑評会」的金賞，亦成為了現時福岡縣內最具代表性的人氣清酒之一。
