「優伶酒莊 Yering Station」創業於1838年，位於澳州的Yarra Valley產區的中心地帶，與澳洲其他葡萄酒產區不同，是屬於涼爽氣候型態的葡萄酒產區，葡萄園分布在許多的山坡上，這也讓各酒莊能種植出更加多樣性的葡萄，亦讓釀酒師能釀造出更富獨特性的葡萄酒。儘管此產區的知名度不及澳州南部的Barossa Valley，但其實區內有300餘個葡萄園，酒莊亦有超過150家，當中包括在國際市場上享負盛名的「Mount Mary Vineyard」。而「優伶酒莊 Yering Station」的名氣則緊隨其後，是Yarra Valley產區的代表酒莊之一。近年來酒莊的成果更得到業界進一步的肯定，獲得國際葡萄酒大賽「International Wine and Spirit Competition」的「International Winemaker of the Year (年度國際釀酒師大獎)」，有興趣的酒迷不妨入手一試。
