味道：沉穩的蘋果香氣，口感爽快銳利，中段逐漸轉變成米旨感，收結粗獷硬淨，帶礦物感，因此適合配餐

配搭：建議10度冷飲，或以40度溫燗品飲，非常適合配搭牛扒、羊架、燒魚等油脂豐富的肉類

茨城縣「結ゆい」歷史悠久，一直以雄町作品為主力基石。可惜酒藏於2023年受嚴重火災而失去釀酒設備，因此需透過同縣的著名酒藏「來福」協助釀酒。此酒的標籤為「結」，但酒蓋卻是「來福酒造」，實在相當有趣。雖然如此，本作不但仍以岡山產雄町為素材，更從山崎農園採購得珍貴的有機無農藥雄町，加上日本酒度+18的超辛口規格，風格非常獨特，喜歡雄町的朋友絕對值得一試！

味道入口是沉穩的蘋果香氣，口感爽快銳利，中段逐漸轉變成米旨感，收結粗獷硬淨，帶礦物感，不難想像此酒的特質，絕對是配餐比單飲更適合。建議10度冷飲，或以40度溫燗品飲，非常適合配搭牛扒、羊架、燒魚等油脂豐富的肉類，絕對是1+1>2的配搭！

酒藏介紹

結城酒造於1594年就已於茨城縣結城市創業，但於2023年時酒藏遭遇火災而全毀，幸得「三千櫻」及「來福」酒造支援復興，並協助釀造「結」清酒。酒造特別擅長使用「雄町」造酒，並且以低溫緩慢發酵，確保酒質清透澄淨且結構細膩，喜歡雄町的朋友不能不試！
