此清酒是於山形縣SAKE TIME排名第二的「龜之井酒造」所釀造的最新出品,酒名【BEYOND】代表著酒造和酵母的共同成長。此「生詰(一回火入)」版本是由六代目再次釀造,改用了山形縣產的酒米「改良信交」,30%的低精米步合度,加上比一般清酒的發酵日數多5天,令作品的香氣更華麗、質感更柔滑。如巨峰提子的香氣在開瓶的瞬間溢出,入口不單止有如新鮮鳳梨般的清新甜味,質感亦滑順有透明感,餘韻更加比一般作品細緻悠長。十分適合冷飲配搭壽司、海鮮、或刺身一同享用。

酒造介紹
提起山形縣的清酒,大家可能會聯想起十四代的高木酒造。但排名僅僅在高木酒造之後的「龜之井酒造」,大家又識唔識呢?創業於1875年的「龜之井酒造」以穩定、頂尖的品質成功贏得山形縣一帶市民的名聲。釀造用的主要酵母之一「小川(10號)酵母」在學師時期已深深吸引了五代目,其特徵除了低酸度且味道清爽之外,亦能充分發揮清酒的水果香氣。之後在昭和時期為了進軍東京,以「くどき上手」這個品牌推出清酒,並以浮世繪作為酒標,繼而大受歡迎。
