酒藏介紹

磯自慢酒造創業於天保元年(西元1830年)屬於「東條21」的一員，以追求高品質的東條山田錦為目的，自社更擁有專產特A地區山田錦的「風土」。酒造是最初開始研究吟釀酒釀造的酒造之一，十分著重製麴的過程，會用上比一般釀造(48小時)更長的時間去製轉麴，「大吟釀」系列甚至會用上80小時，亦是「磯自慢」那濃郁芬芳的秘密。
