仙禽與日本知名時尚品牌「UNITED ARROWS」再次聯乘！這次名為1st Version，正正就是紀念並復刻2020年的初次聯乘酒款。今年2025版本繼續採用極簡風格設計及透明瓶身，小量酒粕彷如積雪令外觀更夢幻，而仙禽這次分別採用招牌「山田錦」及「龜之尾」清酒再作調和，令成品兼具山田錦與龜之尾之長：聞香入口均帶有菠蘿、柚子及青檸等清新水果香氣，酸爽乾脆，帶一絲龜之尾獨有的草本澀感，口感帶有薄酒酒粕獨有的乳酸感，餘韻順滑。適合配搭炸物、烤肉、串燒等味道較濃郁的食物，口感相襯之餘能夠洗膩。

創業於1806年的「仙禽酒造」位於栃木縣，是縣內人氣酒造之一。「仙禽」名字意指為神明服務的仙鶴，所推出的作品強調DONMAINE-獨一無二的風土，用同一水源去栽培酒米和釀造清酒，來表達酒造對一致性與地域性的堅持和態度。
