此清酒是SAKETIME青森縣排名第一的清酒銘柄「田酒」的話題作品之一，所原料米「古城錦」原本是青森縣第一款地元酒造好適米，於1991年由「西田酒造」成功復興，到目前為止也只有「西田酒造」使用。此酒採用青森酵母及當地軟水，精米至只有45％，絕對值得各位酒迷一試！

開瓶時聞香清新，卻帶有華麗的葡萄、青蘋果與白桃的果香，伴隨淡雅花香，入口甜美果香與清爽酸度交織，米香與後段逐漸透出，酒體輕盈透明，平衡感極佳，尾韻清脆乾淨，口感細膩如絲，令人愛不惜手。建議於10-15度冷飲，以白酒杯享用，不但適合單飲，也適合配搭白身魚刺身、壽司及輕盈的和風料理、懷石料理享用，請大家千萬不要錯過！

「西田酒造店」位於青森縣青森市，旗下人氣銘柄「田酒」於1974年開始販賣。「田」的意思是指裁培釀造用酒米的田，為了表達作品純手造，過程絕不加釀造酒精和釀造用糖類等的意念，酒造以「田酒」去命名銘柄。「回歸日本酒的原點，想釀造出別具一格的真。日本酒」是酒造對銘柄的寄予，大概亦是成為青森縣第一不可缺少的信念吧。
