Delivery Information

1. Shipping Details

Order Total Over $600: Free Shipping
Order Total Under $600: $80 Shipping Fee

*Each free shipping order includes one complimentary delivery. Additional deliveries for separate shipments will incur a $80 logistics fee.


2. Ice Packs and Insulation Bags

To ensure the safety and quality of our products, if your purchase includes refrigerated items, we will provide insulation bags for delivery. Depending on the situation, we may also include ice packs.
Please Note: Our ice packs are not for consumption. They can be reused if not damaged. Do not use if damaged.


3. Delivery Service Commitment

Hong Kong Region

To maintain the quality of Japanese Sake, Sakewa offers year-round chilled express delivery service (except for the first and second day of the Chinese New Year).

Our team strives to arrange professional cool shipping on business days - Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), with the order cutoff time at 2:00 PMUnder normal circumstances, the earliest delivery can be expected the next day. If you require special timing, please leave a note in your order or contact Sakewa's customer service.

If you require same-day delivery arrangements, please leave a note in your order or contact our customer service, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. For cutoff times and estimated delivery times for same-day orders, please refer to the table below.

4. Change of Delivery Address

5. Delivery Restrictions

All delivery services are limited to business and residential addresses.The criteria for determining business and residential addresses are based on the guidelines published by the courier company. If the delivery address is in an area not serviced by the courier company, we will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements, and shipping fees may be adjusted accordingly.

*If the delivery address does not have direct elevator access and requires walking up stairs, customers are responsible for meeting the delivery downstairs.



6. Issues with Goods

Customers are requested to inspect the goods and quantities upon receipt. If any damage or discrepancies with the delivery receipt are found, please promptly take photos of the goods and contact us via:

7. Force Majeure

Delivery times may be delayed due to weather, location, public holidays, and traffic conditions. If any losses occur due to these factors and result in delayed delivery, Sakewa will not assume any legal responsibility or compensation.
