此清酒是長野縣清酒銘柄「大雪溪」的特別限定大吟釀酒。是為了紀念作品榮獲「全國新酒鑑評會 2021」金賞、「第93屆關東信越國稅局酒類鑑評會」相當於首席的最優秀賞以及「第69屆長野縣清酒品評會」縣知事獎此三項冠軍而推出的清酒酒款。如「關東信越國稅局」的評語所言，此酒開瓶便散發出如哈蜜瓜般的華麗吟釀香氣，酒質滑順易入口，如洋梨般的優雅甜味填滿口腔，柔和米旨味隨之至來，加上如烘烤果仁般帶些微苦澀的餘韻，整體平衡得恰到好處。作品在味道或層次上都表現得相當出色，非常值得一試。食物配搭方面，此作品適合冷飲配搭海鮮、壽司、刺身或油脂感較重的料理如串燒等一同享用。

酒藏介紹

「大雪溪酒造」創業於1898年，酒造名是由「池田醸造合資会社」名下的「晴光櫻」所更改而成。以北阿爾卑斯山的天然雪溶水釀造清酒，口感清爽。銘柄不但曾於昭和28年(1953年)獲選為當時的「皇室獻上酒」，並於2021年的「全国新酒鑑評会」上獲得金賞，及於同年的「The Fine Sake Award(Premium大吟醸部門)」上獲得「ワイングラスでおいしい日本酒アワード 2021」獎呢！
