酒藏介紹

創業於1804年的「阿部酒造」位於新潟縣，以「享受發酵的樂趣」、釀造「具壓倒性的美味」的清酒為目標。六代目社長「阿部裕太」繼承之後，設立了釀造時一邊考慮品飲的「場景(シーン)」一邊釀造的手法，以「食前、食中、食後」為前提，務求能釀製出最適合「當時當刻」飲用的究極清酒，此做法不單新穎，更令旗下銘柄「あべ(阿部)」成為了縣內SAKETIME排名的第一位。
