創業於1916年的「富美菊酒造」位於被喻為「名水寶庫」的富山縣，只是縣內便擁有4個被指定為「名水百選」的湧泉，釀造水源高品質不在話下，酒造十分著重清酒的品質，為了讓作品呈現最好的質素，全部出品均只採用味道和口感最優良的「中取り」部份，更加採用繁複且需要藏人們24小時輪流照顧的「箱麴、蓋麴」方式進行麴的釀造，每一支作品都可體驗匠人們的心思。
