此清酒是栃木縣人氣清酒「鳳凰美田」的超限定純米大吟釀。一年只釀造一回的「White Phoenix」採用義大利汽泡酒廠「Monte Rossa」的「Magnum Bottle」為酒瓶，與系列的其他酒款一樣，釀造原料米為有夢幻酒米之稱的「愛山」，而此作品的特別之處是釀造後以「生酒」的狀態進行了低溫貯藏，不但令層次感更豐富，口感亦更豐盈滑順。開瓶散發麝香葡萄般的獨特吟釀香氣，口感水潤，入口甘甜滑順，餘韻細緻帶微果酸，整體味道富層次。適合冷凍單飲，或配搭鍋物、煲仔菜等料理一同享用。

酒藏介紹

「小林酒造」創業於1872年，釀造水源為日光市著名的名水「酒の泉」，由於該水源礦物質含量較低，因此特別適合釀造口感細膩純淨的清酒。而旗下最廣為人知的銘柄「鳳凰美田」所出品的清酒酒款都有豐盈口感、濃郁的吟釀香氣和飽滿的米旨味。雖然曾面臨倒閉，但經過一番努力後，近年終於成為受世界所關注、栃木縣引以為傲的酒造之一。
