由日本現時規模最小的清酒酒造「尾澤酒造」精心打造的銘柄「十九」一直以濃醇的米旨味和可愛、特別的酒標著稱。藏內只有三名員工,所出品的酒款均產量不多,但因為每一支均由藏人親自監督,令「十九」成為了當地非常受歡迎的銘柄之一。此春季限定的酒款以「花見」作為釀造主題,引用法文「Le Cerisier Rose M'apporte(櫻花提醒我們春天的到訪)」去命名,酒標的顏色、剪裁和設計都令人聯想到櫻花,充滿了春天的氣息。開瓶散發青蘋果般淡淡的香氣,有著微微的汽泡,酒內少量的酒粕營造了如奶油般滑順飽滿的口感,初嚐時米旨味非常豐富,回溫至10-15度左右再飲用時,口中更多了一份甘甜,收結輕盈帶些微苦澀,是一款值得細味品嚐的作品。食物配搭方面,此酒適合冷飲配搭壽司、刺身,或放至10-15度左右配搭串燒、炸物等一同享用。

酒藏介紹
位於長野縣的「尾澤酒造」創業於江戶文政年間(即1820年代),作品主要銷售對象為當地酒迷。藏內只有僅三名員工,每年生產量大約為60石,雖是日本現時規模最小的清酒酒造,但每一支作品由釀造到包裝均由藏人親自監督和打造。「十九」的作品以濃醇的米旨味和可愛、特別的酒標著稱,有興趣的酒迷快來入手吧!
