此清酒是石川縣人氣銘柄「菊姫」的限定酒款，亦是國際級大賽IWC清酒部門第一款獲得金賞的酒款。每年只釀造一次的「鶴乃里」以特A地區吉川縣產的酒米之王「山田錦」為釀造原料，採用最古老的「山廢釀造法」釀製，因釀造後置於低溫陳釀了一段時間，熟成酒獨有的風味相對濃郁，值得一試。溫和如香蕉般的香氣在開栓後溢出，入口瞬間便能感受到酒體的醇厚感，馥郁的旨味與適中的酸度令人感覺舒適，層次感豐富，收結俐落不粘喉。是一款適合冷飲配搭火鍋、燒肉等味道較濃的料理一同享用的佳釀。

酒藏介紹

備受世界關注的「菊姫合資會社」社長柳達司先生十分著重品質，除了自昭和60年代開始便推行了杜氏候補人的培育計劃「酒Master」，讓當地的大學畢業生可以學習清酒釀造技術之外，出產的作品只全量選用自社精米的特A地區產山田錦來釀造且至少熟成1 - 2 年，馥郁的米旨味和濃厚的口感是酒造的標誌。
