「くどき上手」是於SAKETIME山形縣排名第三、僅次於「十四代」和「朝日鷹」的大熱清酒品牌。釀造原料米「山田穗」是酒米之王-「山田錦」的母系酒米、以作品的圓潤口感和豐盈的包裹度為人所認識,將此米精磨至44%加上「生詰」在裝瓶之前沒有進行到「火入れ」的關係,整體味道表現不但乾淨,口感亦多了份清新感覺。開瓶散發著優雅的水果香氣,口感順滑易入口,清酒的甘甜和酒米的米旨味柔和地包裹著舌尖,餘韻悠長,適合冷飲配搭海鮮、壽司、刺身、或濃味料理如雞煲等一同享用。

酒藏介紹
提起山形縣的清酒,大家可能會聯想起十四代的高木酒造。但排名僅僅在高木酒造之後的「龜之井酒造」,大家又識唔識呢?創業於1875年的「龜之井酒造」以穩定、頂尖的品質成功贏得山形縣一帶市民的名聲。釀造用的主要酵母之一「小川(10號)酵母」在學師時期已深深吸引了五代目,其特徵除了低酸度且味道清爽之外,亦能充分發揮清酒的水果香氣。之後在昭和時期為了進軍東京,以「くどき上手」這個品牌推出清酒,並以浮世繪作為酒標,繼而大受歡迎。
