萬乘釀造 (【釀し人九平次】的酒造） 於2014年在法國卡馬格地區（Camargue），與法國當地農家及日本農產專家共同栽培此酒的釀酒米「マノビ」（Manobi），而酒樽標籤的數字就是法國卡馬格地區所屬的經緯度 (43. 67095N, 4.47772 E)。「マノビ」為法國原產品種，故酒造以該產地去命名本酒款。

此酒款有著柑橘般的清爽果酸氣味。酒體飽滿，酸度優異，表現既華麗又突出。
