Brewery Introduction
Enoki Shuzo was founded in 1899 in Ondo, Hiroshima, the first breweries in Japan to produce kijoshu. Its brand Hanahato quickly became a star thanks to these luxurious aged sakes. Led by owner Toshihiro Enoki and award-winning toji Tadashi Fujita, a young team pours passion into every batch. Hanahato has earned multiple major honours including gold at the Annual Japan Sake Awards.
