Brewery Introduction
Ozawa Sake Brewery was founded in the 1820s in Nagano Prefecture. Surrounded by mountains and blessed with long, harsh winters, it enjoys ideal conditions for sake brewing. The brewery only consists of three staff members with an annual production of 10800 litres only, making it one of Japan’s smallest breweries. Its charming-designed Jyukyu is known for its crisp and delicious style, an excellent match for heavy flavoured dishes.
