它有著濃郁的哈密瓜香氣，入口時有著滑順濃郁的口感，輕微的甘口感配合其強壯的酒體，擁有鮮明剛烈的風格，很適合與重口味的料理、肉類，及醬油料理如壽喜燒等配搭品嚐。
