味道：清新典雅的米香，入口較溫和，風格淡麗，到後段會稍為辛口，並有著輕而悠長的尾韻

配搭：海鮮、刺身都非常合適

十四代中取り無濾過純米，使用東北酒造好適米之王美山錦釀造，其特點是釀製風味非常廣，由純米到大吟釀都有出色的表現。它的精米步合為55%，而「中取り」則為在其製酒過程中，將榨酒最初和最後段的液體去除，只取中段最清澈部分；「無濾過」則為沒有經過活性碳去過濾酒粕，因此清酒會有著奔放的香氣，複雜有層次的口感，更能品嘗到米的旨味。

它有著清新典雅的米香，入口較溫和，風格淡麗，到後段會稍為辛口，並有著輕而悠長的尾韻，很適合與海鮮、刺身等配搭品嚐。
